MCP App
Sous Chef, inside your chat.
Ask for a recipe and watch it become a designed, cookable card — not another wall of chat text. Start cooking in the thread, then save it when it earns a place in your library.
What it does
A recipe, not a wall of text
A recipe generated in conversation opens as a compact Sous Chef card with ingredients, method, timing, and servings. Nothing is saved just because you looked.
Cook in the chat
Step through the method, check ingredients as you prep, and keep your place without leaving ChatGPT or Claude. Durations stay honest text — no unreliable iframe timers.
Save only what you want
Save is an explicit tap. It keeps the structured recipe in your private Sous Chef account, ready to open, cook, or remove in a later conversation.
Edit, then undo
Ask for a change and Sous Chef validates it before applying it to the working recipe. Changed lines are marked, and one Undo restores the previous turn while the saved original stays intact.
Connect Sous Chef
Use the same connector URL in either host. Connecting is immediate; Auth0 sign-in appears only when you save or open private recipes. Recipes can render without being saved, and the Save button remains the separate library-write step.

A quick privacy note
Your chat stays with ChatGPT or Claude. Sous Chef receives only what their model sends to its tools to work on your recipe. Saved MCP App recipes are private to your signed-in account. Read the full privacy policy.
